Kindergartner: Letter Tracing Worksheets

I just wanted to share links to some printable worksheets for your kindergartner to practice letter tracing.

My son has trouble writing letters and I feel like tracing the letters is a great way to start because it will get his hands used to the motion of writing the letters.

It will also train his eye for the letters and how he should move the utensil as well to create the letter.

There are two different worksheets I found for letter tracing that I like for different reasons.

The first set of letter tracing worksheets is to soly practice tracing the letters.

The second set shows you the steps to write the letter while you trace it and has space to practice writing the letters on your own as well.

For both of them there is a full page of tracing each individual letter in lowercase and capital.

Here are the first worksheets

This one is available on teachers pay teachers which some cost money but this one is free. However in order to be able to download it you do need to sign up for the website, which is also free to do.

If you were looking for some letter traceables I hope you found this post helpful even though it wasn’t super detailed.

Okay gotta go back to Colton. He just finished letter A.

Cheers,

Kacey
